Went to pick up a package here right at opening and was very satisfied. Was treated very well and have no worries about picking anything up here in the future.
I visited the UPS store located at 6228 St. Jacques Street West and received excellent service. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I had to clear the snow/ice with my foot to get in without slipping.
Good location and parking available.
Worked mostly with Nealy at store #345. She talked to me over the phone, and helped navigate a very stressful situation for me. With the help of the manager Zain they retrieved my passport from the consulate and kept good communication throughout. Made it seem like a simple, everyday transaction. Cannot thank Nealy enough for giving me piece of mind when I needed it most.
Amazing customer service, competent staff and competitive prices. The store owner is very accommodating and will work with you to find solutions. I have used them for printing services and shipping services and have been very impressed.
