(July 25, 2020, 12:23 am)From the moment I called Clinique Opthalmo Veterinaire, I knew my dog was in good hands. Louise and Elizabeth are so courteous and helpful. When it came to the visit, my dog received excellent care at this clinic. Dr. Ollivier really takes the time to explain and is empathetic. My dog had a deep stromal ulcer and I can honestly say that Dr. Ollivier saved her eye. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Ollivier.
I also have to add the whole team is top notch. Thank you! -

(June 20, 2020, 3:28 pm)My first visit to see Dr Ollivier and I felt reassured after speaking to him about my dog Woody's cataracts. He took the time to explain possible procedures that are available for my dog. I didn't feel rushed to take a decision. I felt that he truly cares about helping my dog and help me make the best decision for my dog. His staff is also extremely friendly and welcoming. I am so glad I found this clinic.

(June 20, 2020, 5:36 am)Dr. Ollivier and his staff are incredible. My dog was suffering from an eye ulcer and within minutes after bringing him to the clinic, he was feeling much better! The first time, we had asked they remove the hairs that were scratching his eye. Dr. Ollivier advised that the hair may grow back again, and they did. My dog got a surgery done. They took good care of him, made sure he was recovered and well after the operation before releasing him, and followed up the next day. The staff and receptionist updated me throughout the day and sent me photos for reassurance. A follow up appointment will be done. Not only did they take great care of my dog, they took great care of me - explaining patiently all the steps that were taken and needed to be taken and explained how to give my dog the medications that were prescribed. I've never been to a clinic more thorough than they are, from the paperwork to the actual work. Excellent service, excellent care. Thank you for taking care of my baby

Everyone was helpful, and very informative. A big Thank You! to Louise and the doctors for their kind accommodation to my urgent request. So greatly appreciated!

(May 21, 2020, 5:52 am)It was so nice to easily get the supplements I need to maintain the eyesight of my older dog. Despite the limits of the pandemic, I got the usual courteous and prompt service I'm accustomed to. Great clinic!
