I wanted a specific ring they didn’t have so I booked an appointment with the supervisor of the company who kindly met me at the store. We talked about my dream engagement ring with the quality of diamond I wanted. I am so happy about the outcome, I get many compliments. It is exactly what I wanted to the last detail. The young girl and the gentleman were extremely nice and gave me a great service. So I want to take the time and thank them.
First time I went, it was for my jewelery repair (an heirloom bracelet). I am very content, they did a very fine job. Well, I had to wait 3 weeks. But, they called me for the estimation and told me I had to wait an extra week because they ordered me the stone I wanted.
Now, all my family goes there because we trust them. I think it is primordial when you buy jewelery. The service you get and the trust you put in your jeweler.
