(November 22, 2021, 11:58 pm)I loved my experience at this SAAQ. The guy that helped me over the phone(didn't get his name sorry) was so patient and when we were disconnected he called right back. I got there on time for my appointment and the line moving fast. Genevieve is the lady that helped me with my transfer and she was so so gracious. She was kind and efficient and very understanding. I was in an out in an hour!!! Great service people!!

Thank you guys for making my experience here Amazing. The only thing that I didn’t like was the waiting for your name to be called, it took for ever, but it’s not controllable.

Besides that, things were well organized for the appointments and without appointment. The waiting area is well structured and safe. As mentioned, the wait time, even with appointment, is typical is SAAQ.
The staff were efficient and when your turn is up, things were smooth and painless.
