(May 21, 2019, 7:59 pm)After having a horrible service at the BMO in fairview mall, I am glad we came to this branch. A transaction that took over 45 min at fairview mall and to that it was incomplete, it took an employee from this branch exactly 5 min to complete that same transaction.
(February 28, 2018, 7:53 pm)Gets 5 star rating on customer service but 3 star in wait time. Regardless on what time or day I go there is always a line up. Don't get me wrong, I highly value great customer service but time is money so if I can get in and out in 5 minutes, I'm very happy. This applies when I have just one cheque to deposit in commercial account that I can't unfortunately deposit via interac.
