(April 13, 2022, 12:16 am)Loved this studio during my first visit and still love it! I’ve had classes with 9 different teachers and they are all great. I do have my favorite though. ;)
Great music selection and good size studio, love the heat reason why I started going. The atmosphere, exactly what I was looking for… quiet and calm! Studio is very clean, bonus they have a spot to hang your mat to spray down (they provide the spray) A must try spot for your hot yoga! :) -

(April 8, 2022, 1:59 pm)I just love the place. It is accessible to everyone beginner or not. They make you feel welcomed! Big shut out to Monique which always integrate French guidance as well during the practice.. so i could transitioned to English class as well. I really appreciate!

(April 3, 2022, 12:53 pm)I love the hot yoga experience at Modo West Island. I feel relaxed the moment I enter the building. The staff is friendly and excellent at teaching the classes. The space is clean and inviting. It's the best part of my week!

(March 22, 2022, 2:48 pm)I moved to this Studio from NDG and I have been enjoying it a lot. I like the unique style that each teacher brings and the music in the classes is nice too. There is always parking available as well which is very convenient.

(March 17, 2022, 12:09 am)I love this yoga studio. Warm and friendly staff. Excellent teachers. It feels like home. Lots of flexibility in classes scheduled and proficiency levels. I have tried other similar yoga studios downtown since they were near my work but they did not have that community feeling like this one. I have been going to this studio for 5 years now. Try yoga! One of the best ways to exercise and calm the mind, body and soul.
