  Selling my family's home was something I never imagined I could do. I was on my own and dealing with my dad's recent death. Team Broady guided me through this challenging period, supporting me every step of the way. Sean and Mark are experienced and professional but are also compassionate human beings and I really appreciated that. Amanda was amazing - always ready to help in every way. So 5 stars!

  Catherine Broady, the agent who recently sold my condo, was professional, honest, and had integrity. I felt comfortable contacting her whenever necessary and always received an answer to my concerns. Working with her was stress free and I sensed from my earliest interactions with her, that she was trustworthy.

  My wife and I could not be more pleased with both the excellent and personal service we have received from Team Broady. Though we are awaiting the scheduled final signing date, we would comment that from our initial "sit-down" with Kim & Sean, our house was actually SOLD conditionally after approximately 2 weeks on the market and the sale was finalized within a month. This would not have happened without the hard work of Team Broady and especially Kimberley Windsor. We would not hesitate to recommend Team Broady to any Sellers/Buyers looking for an excellent full service Realtor.

  Working with Kim and Sean was an absolute delight. Their wide-range knowledge and expertise of all things real estate allowed them to navigate us through the various possibilities available to us, and guided us to making the best choices every step of the way.
