  I wish i can give them more than 5 stars, my MasterCard kept declining and they were so patient and supportive, kept suggesting other ways and trying so many times, they were very nice and polite.

  Very happy with their service. I placed my order online and had to communicate with them as they were running out of one type of flowers that i was looking for. First, they were very responsive and second, the substitute was even better than what i was looking for. They know what they are doing.
  I askd them to deliver it in 2 hours and boom the bouquet arrived right on time and the quality of the flowers was great, so fresh. I loved it.
  The only thing that could have been better is that the occasion that i had asked was "sympathy", the card that came with it was red, it would have been even better if they had chosen a better color card, but it's not a big deal. I'm very happy with their service....5*

  They are a bit expensive, but their flowers are of the best quality. They offer beautiful plants and arrangements or build a creation according to your tastes. I like to call ahead or order through their website. They always have my order ready when promised so that I can just pay and go. I like their convenient location on St. Charles beside the 20.
