Outstanding service. Great, compassionate staff. My wife couldn't sit or walk for very long and they went out of their way to open the side door and prepare a stretcher. Very impressed.
I was looking for a place to get an MRI quickly, and MRI at 15 Papineau did everything possible to make it happen. Within 24 hours of my first call I had completed my MRI and had the CD.
I came from Ontario, and the paperwork was all taken care of so that I only (!) had to pay the 'technical' fee, but not the fee for the Radiologist to read the MRI -- that claim was submitted automatically to OHIP for me by the staff.
In total I dealt with 4 receptionists (on phone and in person), all were friendly, helpful, pro-active. The MRI tech was very friendly, and I did not at all feel like I was 'just another patient' getting a spiel, as often happens with medical techs.
I enthusiastically recommend this MRI location, as well as its sister organization, St Joseph's MRI.
Very very friendly staff. Very comfortable place to be getting an MRI. Excellent waiting room they have coffee and little snacks for people waiting. Got my results on a CD within 10 minutes of the MRI finishing
