(May 11, 2017, 2:41 pm)My wife and I went in to the Aylmer CLSC for blood work this morning. Prior to going, we tried getting information online - e.g. Hours of Operation, Procedures, etc. Unfortunately, our online search provided us with little information. But we did stumble upon Ratings and Comments from previous CLSC clients. Most of which were quite negative and critical. So our visit this morning - our first - was made with lots of apprehension.
But much to our surprise, we found the operation to be thoroughly efficient - from beginning to end. On arrival, we were greeted politely and professionally. Our requisitions were entered quickly, with directions clearly stated. Though there were at least 15-20 other people ahead of us in the waiting room, our turn came quickly. No more than 15 minutes. The technicians drawing blood were both very courteous, professional and efficient. And quick. From start to finish, our visit lasted no more than 45 minutes.
We could not have asked for better service.
(The website - if it can be called that - is in serious need of attention!)
