Centre Canin Toutou Concept

I chose this center because of all the great reviews I found here. However my experience was rather mediocre, and I will try to be as honest as possible.
Acceuil / reception of my dog was very good, my dog never went to this type of establishment so I appreciated this, we came and were taken care of almost immediately. The place for dog is ok as well, quite spacious boxes, around 25 dogs in the center, monsieur who took care of us was very nice and we can see that they have a good relationship with dogs, they know them by names and have a good organisation when it comes to take the dogs out, feed them, etc.
However:
- I was asked to fill out the form in advance, I sent the request via email few days in advance, asked for grooming, asked for vet (both services are mentioned on their website and in the form so it is not anything extra I asked for) => my form was never taken care of, we had to fill it out at the reception one more time, and at the end all services we asked for were completely ignored) => no grooming, no vet
- When I came to pickup my dog, the owner was calling him a different name which I found a bit sad as he did not make any effort to check the form with his name, and for such a newbie as my dog is I would expect the effort would be there ( I understand it is impossible to remember all the dog names however they knew that my dog never went to this type of center overnight so I thought they might try to approach newbies with a bit more attention)
- When we open the door to his compound, my dog was incredibly scared, was barking at me, pied himself (definitely not from joy) so not a nice experience for him at all and I was happy having him back and will never do this to him anymore.

All that said, this center is not bad. It really depends on your dog how he is used to be alone in a compound with 24 other dogs barking like crazy around him, how often and how long walks you do with him(no walks here, dogs are send to barriered small patios)... Also I think that they have too many dogs to take care of so it is hard to actually pay attention to all of them but as I said I am new in this so maybe it is normal.

Very good place to keep your doggies and for training.

They treat our dog like their own and miss him when he's gone, which is the main thing I look for in a kennel. Knowing my dog is getting all of the love he needs lets my heart rest easy.

As a side bonus, the pricing is very reasonable and grooming is available on site so I get to pick up a CLEAN happy doggo!
