Very good service from the entire CLSC home team during my mother's illness and following her death. I did not know this service before being a caregiver with my mother. I have met human and dedicated people, especially the palliative care nurse and the social worker. The only downside is the cut that takes place after the death, even if there is a follow-up, it is done quite clearly but I understand that they have other families and patients to help and that there is the pandemic. However, they remain available long after death.
