I believe they are full of good intentions. On the other hand $907.00 for a diagnosis + a repair which unfortunately will not have changed anything.
Conclusion: My vehicle is still in the garage and it will still be analyzed.
Hopefully the issue will finally be resolved and the bill will take into account the irritants I experienced.
