Very nice trails, we had a wonderful time! However, the customer service leaves something to be desired ... as it was our very first time at the Club, we had no idea how the place worked and the lady at the ticket office on February 19, 2020 was very cold. The arrival and the taking of the equipment was simple, but nothing was really explained on his part concerning the trails or the functioning on the return. On the way back, we had to go and ask for service after waiting at the counter, because the lady was talking on the phone on her personal cell. Very ordinary as a service, a warmer and more present service would have been appreciated ...
