Regis provided amazing service during trying times. His breakfasts were fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and large, also in a great location. We made use of the hot tub and electric chargers. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very friendly chef and staff. Our evening at the restaurant is certainly one of the best memories we have from our trip to Baie-St-Paul. To appreciate best, one must have a good sense of humor!
Avoid the tourist restaurants in town, 3km out is great restaurant. 4 courses of smoked salmon salad, soup, tender braised pork cheek with scalloped potatoes and carrot cake dessert for $55. Wine very reasonable as well. A true chef and user of local products from the little farmers.
Wanted to try something a little different for our 32nd anniversary, and we always have a good time visiting Canada, so we booked a few nights at the hotel and a dinner for our anniversary. The hotel is in a rural setting a mile or so outside of Baie St. Paul overlooking the inlet. We loved everything about the place, the room was comfy, the breakfast was good, and we booked a dinner based on online recommendations. We were surprised that Regis the owner wears most of the hats at the hotel including the chef's hat. Our meal was the chef's choice, but excellent. Ingredients were really fresh, prepared well, with some special touches that made it really memorable, one of the best meals I have had in quite some time. Regis and his staff went out of their way to make our stay with them enjoyable. Highly recommended.
