The architectural elements are first rate, allowing for unobstructed views of the baie, the layout is very well thought out permitting fluid movement throughout the building. It’s interesting to note that you are greeted by a lovely gallery featuring the works of local artists. The collection, surprisingly is excellent, especially their large books towards the left of the building. Everything about this library is inviting. The staff is pleasantly bilingual and extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
