Though cheaper options exist, this is a clear cut example of "getting what you pay for".
Better service, timely multiple passes, thorough cleaning, sms/email warnings to move vehicles, and most importantly - they can be reached during operations.
Property is in Greenfield Park.
Very satisfied with service to date.
