Weather you are a busy professional, ex athlète, first timer, he will put a game plan in place for you and make sure you are accountable. He's been there to coach me since before Covid, and he has been one of my pillar during those difficult times. He helped me to stay sane, physically and psychologically, helped me with my diet and also to get the shape I wanted, and to feel good about myself. He will support you with your goals, and adjust to your busy life.

Super friendly, Sébastien adds humor and fun to training and is always in a good mood, positive and available to answer your questions with a little whatsapp message.

(July 13, 2020, 12:41 pm)Amazing trainer with nutritional counselling that really works. Many trainers forget the importance of stretching and preparation before lifting heavy except Sebastien. To be honest I think this is why I haven’t gotten any injuries yet. Sebastien being a naturopath really reflects in his counselling and everything is managed around your personal likes and dislikes of certain foods. I would sincerely recommend him to anyone.
