I used Gagné Lafontaine to redo my roof several years ago. The roof is still in perfect condition. Recently my neighbor had a leak with a rain storm about to hit. I called Gagné Lafontaine for her; they were to go on vacation that day. I was surprised Michel passed anyway - even though he was now on leave - and he quickly fixed the hole. He didn't even charge it. He jumped in his truck and went on vacation! it was an impressive gesture
