Pierre me pousse à chaque cours, il m'aide à dépasser mes limites, abandonner mes excuses et sortir de ma zone de comfort. À chaque cours je vois une immense différence dans ma condition physique. Si vous voulez un prof motivant qui va vous pousser, c'est la place! Je recommande.

(June 15, 2018, 2:09 am)This is an absolutely amazing school. Everyone is very friendly. The boxing and kickboxing classes are so much fun. I would definitely recommend it.
