  The staff and doctors are extremely kind and helpful. They really took time with my sick hedgehog and gave me many different options and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately after three weeks I needed to put him down since a large mass was found and I did not want him to have to suffer any longer. Dr. Henry was extremely professional and caring during the three visits I had with her. I also just received a sympathy card in the mail from them about the passing of my hedgie which is so thoughtful. I would definitely recommend!

  I am so glad we found them and cannot thank them enough. We rescued two rats from a "rescue" hoarder and they were quite sick. We tried another vet but we weren't very happy with the service or the vet. I called on Friday and they found me a place the same day since both boys weren't eating and were very sickly. We had the pleasure of having Dr. Brieger and wow. Just wow. Not only is he a very compassionate and calm vet, but he also takes the time to explain everything to you, in detail, so that you leave with the knowledge you need to keep them healthy. Not to mention that we appreciated when he would make a joke, as I was very worried for the boys and the jokes made my anxiety dissipate. The vet tech (I did not catch her name) was also very nice and very calm, which i appreciated so very much. She also showed me how to give them meds using the burrito technique which makes giving them meds super easy now!
  I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Had Marvelous experience with male vet. He was honest & explained my pet's condition & options in detail. Young female vet was a total nightmare. Inexperienced, disrespectful & condedcending. She left me with my pet for a "few minutes"...30 mins later I found her in another room laughing with the tech & the nurse. When I adv her I needed to leave (I use public transit & it was late) she got agressive & rude & snapped at me. I had actually come to this clinic expressly to avoid this vet as she was previously filling in for my usual exotic vet at another clinic. I had already had 3 bad experiences with her & was loath to allow her to treat my pet, but he was exotic & in need of immediate relief/treatment & as she was the only vet on duty, I had no immediate options at the time. Will not go back there again as long as she is there! Oh & the pet she was treating died very soon after from a normally non fatal parasite.

  Best vet I ever visited with my new puppy. Dr. Trudeau took the time to check my pupper and explain everything. I was very pleased with the care and attention that was given to my pup. I would recommend them to anyone with a new or old pets.

  Easy location to get to. Good parking. Bilingual.
  I brought my bearded dragon in for a mass in his throat. He was assessed and it was concluded that his cancer was too aggressive.
  It was recommended to euthanize to save him from further deterioration of quality of life, to which I agreed.
  They were compassionate, understanding, knowledgable, and thorough.
  When I picked up my poor Grover's body, they included a beautiful and comforting card.
  I am forever grateful that they helped me through this and were so professional.
  I highly recommend this vet for your babies, especially exotics.
