(May 20, 2020, 11:37 pm)Mona from #THT has been my personal trainer for several years now, and signing up with her and THT is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I started out very self-consciously, in very poor shape and without really knowing how to properly exercise, but Mona kept (and still keeps) a close eye on every move to make sure I'm always at exactly the right level of challenge without risking any injury. I've improved so much, plus it's FUN - (honestly, I never expected to hear myself say that about exercising).
And now with social distancing, thank GOODNESS that THT offers virtual sessions. They've been a huge help to keep me in my fitness routine and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that I've been able to continue with Mona during this tough time.
Even after we can get back to our usual routines, I fully intend to keep a few virtual sessions on my account so I can continue my workouts even when I'm at the cottage or away on business.

(October 15, 2014, 9:39 am)We have been with THT for about a year now and I can say that all aspects of my life have been improved, from my strength, energy and outlook. 20 lbs lighter and much more fit, it has helped me to find the "quality" time with the family, instead of being exhausted, tired and cranky all the time. Even my girls (very young kiddies) say that I am in the "happy club".
Thanks to THT, and thanks to Melanie Bilodeau, who is tireless, always upbeat, with a great attitude and motivating. She's made all the difference. -

I have worked out with a number of personal trainers for 10 years now. Never have I met such a motivating and inspiring trainer such as Stephanie Knafo. She is a genius when it comes to preparing workouts that combine the perfect balance between cardio and muscle toning for me. Thank you Steph!
