Outstanding service during my visit today, I changed my phone without any problem with the return package, I was very well received and assisted by the representative Mrs. Charlie, who explained the costs to me just as well details of my new plan. Great communication and very warm. I strongly suggest that Mrs. Charlie has a file review so that her position in the TELUS hierarchy is superior.

After a very bad experience at the TELUS Laurier... I admit I was impressed by the place fleur de lys team. The person on the phone super polite, the 2 people in branch, Michel and Tristan #1 too...

Customer for a long time, one of the two service points that I love in Quebec. Good advice, concern for the customer, the Telus recipe is applied. Be smart in COVID times if you want to avoid waiting.
