The smoked tasting container with shrimp, scallops and smoked salmon, exquisite! Usually, I have a little difficulty with large pieces of smoked fish. But, I loved it. No raw, no gelatinous texture. A good smoky taste with a perfect texture in the mouth. Never hesitate to try any product from Fumoir St-Antoine.
