This is really a great gym, the facility is bright and clean with great equipment and a professional environment.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rates are very affordable.
Alan, the owner is a great coach and a great person.
He wants to see you succeed and is very passionate.
We highly recommend this gym if you are in the area of the Eastern Townships. -

Everyone I've met at the gym has also been friendly and supportive. Has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Highly recommended if you are in the area!
