My judge friend recently encouraged me to stay here for a few years. The service was pretty good, but they were very strict about the curfew time. The restaurant did not offer enough meal choices and the quality of food was poor. The guests were extremely colorful characters with crazy stories to tell. A must: shared showers !!!
I called the Prison to drop a message to a family friend, the gentle man who interact with me was so polite and patient, I was very impressed that people working in Prison can be that good. From the way I was treated over the phone for my very first time, I can come to a conclusion that the Prison is a good one although I am not an expert, unlike its competitors here in England who recruit inhuman people. I am under the "halo effect", first impression really count in life and good customer service is the key.
