It is a rest stop and seems to be pretty recent - brand new facility that is extremely clean, no food, but it has art shop \ boutique, no idea how that is going to work for them :) Great area for dogs, few tables and kids playground - looks much better than other stops along this route, hopefully other places will be upgraded to match this one.
