(April 10, 2019, 4:12 pm)Very friendly staff but understaffed. Their wireless button system to press if necessary does not differentiate between an emergency and a simple request for help. So the elderly person who falls may spend a lot of time on the ground before an attendant comes. I can't imagine the wait in the event of a heart attack... 🤔
