(December 26, 2019, 12:34 am)On Christmas Day, we were visiting a family friend at 183 St. George and I questioned the quality / price it has to pay. It is recognized as a place where the rents are high and we came out with the great impression to leave a disorganized place. The main entrance to the wing and the nursing position smelled strongly of fecal matter and the staff seemed run by lack of staff or having to do too many tasks at once. Also, there was a notice on the door of the cafeteria that the menu had been replaced at the last minute. I hope that the situation was due to misfire caused by holidays and replacements of the holiday season, because it would be sad that such a situation continues in the year.
