(August 8, 2022, 1:50 pm)Julia Purcell is a local PEI gem from a family of artists. She paints beautiful watercolours, but don't sleep on her oil paintings. I absolutely love the oil painting we have of hers. If you're looking to support a local artist, she's a great one.
