I new that the "I help in all departments" people at the big box store wouldn't know what I needed so I stopped in at lunch today. As a first time customer, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and knowledgeable staff.
Although they didn't have the exact piece that I needed, Grant found me a suitable substitute that will get my boiler back up and running. Thanks again, you've earned a new customer!
(October 14, 2020, 3:52 pm)Very complete wholesaler of plumbing supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was helped by a service guy that noticed and questoned me as I had accidentally picked out a zone valve that was normally open instead of normally closed.
