  Mackenzie RV has the best experts I've ever met. If think about sales - talk to Jim. If you need service - Peter is unsurpassed specialist in electrical and mechanical fields. Imagine you have purchased a RV trailer but your towing vehicle does not have electrical socket to plug in trailer cable to operate electrical brakes and light. Brake controller and relevant harness is a solution . Or your fridge cannot operate let say in Bruce Peninsula National Park, because there is no electrical hook up and your gas burner is not working for unknown reason... What will you do? In my case it was fixed in both issues for 40 percent less than competitors. Big thanks to Peter Hornov who is owner of his team of professionals.

  Great place lots of selection. Customer service was truly amazing. Coleen went above at beyond to make sure we got the trailer we wanted.

  We have bought two trailers from Mckenzie's. We have dealt with John and Jim. Both amazing guys that answered all our questions along the way. Brian and all the guys in the service/parts department are great. Highly recommend this dealership and will continue to deal with them.

  When we decided to make the move to a toy hauler I started my research like many by scouring the internet and forums for information. It was surprising how much negative information there is about RV build quality and shady dealers who don't care, so I was cautious and honestly a bit guarded from the start. Well we’ve now completed our first season with our new purchase and I'm extremely thrilled and very relieved that my experience has been so great, and I'll credit McKenzie Trailers for that. There were many opportunities for this to have gone off the rails. We had our first trip already planned when we ordered our unit and had a set delivery date that couldn't be missed. Thankfully, issues discovered during the dealer prep were dealt with and we didn’t miss our date. I’ll need to give credit to the staff at McKenzie for the really great job they all did managing us through this significant purchase for use. Through the entire experience we dealt with true professionals who obviously are skilled at what they do. That goes for sales, service and staff.
