  The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I went in to get orthotics and instead of just taking moulds and wishing me good day, the chiropodist took time to explain why The orthotics has been suggested and what they would help with. Excellent service!

  I brought my 14 year old daughter to Kinetic for an overall assessment of what seemed to be surface foot issues and also some underlying concerns related to years of dance. The staff was incredibly welcoming to both of us and presented a great first impression. The foot doctor was so easy to talk to and was able to provide diagnosis and treatment quickly and painlessly on the spot. Her recommendations also included ones to implement while dancing and ones while not. This education really was super important for us to know that there was a solution that would strengthen and facilitate many more years of strain on her feet and all her joints. Their ability also to work around our schedule was fantastic and no pressure to commit to anything was appreciated. We will be back for a follow up on treatment and also to get fitted for orthotics. I will refer Kinetic Konnection in Woodbridge moving forward. Thanks guys. See you soon

  I got orthodics here recently, and was so pleasantly surprised by the establishment and service I received that I just had to leave a review. Staff was extremely attentive and thorough for the entire duration of my visit, they made sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I am very unfamiliar with the world of orthodics and feel satisfied knowing the staff provided me with the best care they can offer!

  I was recently at Kinetic Konnection to get fitted for orthotics. Upon entering the facility, I was very impressed with how bright, clean and organized everything is and I was immediately greeted by the friendly team. Everyone was extremely helpful and they are all so knowledgeable! Krista did my fitting for the orthotics and she was very professional, thorough and detailed. She really knows her stuff! Paige was also very helpful in explaining some of the other items in the store that I was interested in, and helped determine which resistance band was the best fit for me and my weekly exercises. I highly recommend Kinetic Konnection! Thank you!!

  I had an outstanding experience with Kinetic Konnection. The team organized a custom brace plus an off-the-shelf that perfectly suited the different ways I need support for my knee injury. The team was polite, prompt, and provided dedicated personalized service. They totally understood the nature of the injury, and knew exactly how to go about providing support. Totally recommend!
