(August 18, 2018, 5:17 pm)I highly recommend epic cycles in vaughan for all your e bike and scooter needs,the salesman sam and the warehouse manager mike stein were a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable.I had a small issue with a scooter i purchased for my wife and mike replaced the unit and fully set it up to make sure it was perfect.I was very impressed with the customer service!!!!see you soon for a new ebike

(July 6, 2018, 9:43 pm)Many people like myself will feel overwhelmed with the amount of e bikes available for sale online and in stores. How does one determine which bike is worth the money? After many weeks of research, comparing prices, quality of parts, and warranty I walked in to Epic Cycles knowing exactly what I wanted. The Magnum Peak 29er.
My first impression of the store was comparable to a luxury car dealer showroom. The display was beautiful and modern. Showcasing the entire Magnum lineup. Mountain bikes, folding bikes, scooters and commuters, they've got something for everyone. I was greeted by Danny and Mike who had the Peak waiting for me to look at and test ride. A proper test ride I must add, most stores will allow you to ride up and down an alley or within a parking lot, not enough to simulate a real ride.
The quality of this bike, the fit and finish, and the power! It's all there. Half way through my test ride, I knew that this is the bike for me. Mike didn't know I had researched every aspect of this bike before coming in to the store but with great pride he explained why these bikes are worth the cost.
So without any doubt in my mind, I purchased the bike. I love it, it makes my grin every time I ride it and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an e bike. Even if you're just curious, go to Epic Cycles. You won't be disappointed!

(May 30, 2018, 1:31 am)My wife recently bought the Magnum Ui5 at bike expo in Toronto, the e-bike is great, components are good quality and the motor is powerful but easy to handle. In addition the owner and the whole team are super friendly.
Technical assistance is really good, I had an issue with the front brake and they adjust it right away.
Recently my wife had the LCD computer stolen and the mechanic (an amazing person) helped us in any possible way.
I totally reccomend this brand / business!
