  Had a pleasant eyebrow threading experience here. Staff is professional friendly , place is clean. Would return. LEAST painful thread I have EVER had!

  This was my first time coming to this Waxon location (I have been to the location on Queen which is great as well but far for me). I had a really good experience with Amanda. She's friendly, quick, and thorough. I didn't use any numbing cream but my wax was painless. This will definitely be my regular spot. The location is clean and the staff are nice & helpful. I would highly recommend booking with Amanda.

  Staff were friendly. Clean and hygienic waxing. This is a franchise so they offer waxing packages that can be used at all locations. They use hard wax for sensitive areas and the staff are trained well. Far from the 400, so great for people who live between Vaughn and Richmond Hill.

  I have been coming here since you've opened and I've always had good service, but today I had hands down the best service yet. I went in with less than half an hour until closing time and half expected to be told I was too late. The girls made sure I was taken care of. I didn't feel rushed during my services, and every time I apologized for being the rude customer who comes in right at close, and they kept reassuring me it wasn't an issue. I was shocked. As someone who works in retail I was shocked they didn't seem bitter or angry towards me. Bridget went above and beyond with my services, and again wasn't trying to rush me out the door. I cannot express how pleased I am with the services. They set a new bar for future visits.
