  I’ve been a member at this location since 2017. I won’t say much regarding the outstanding amenities because the photos speak for themselves. What I want to say is that the customer service has always been top notch. From the moment I enter the club, I am greeted by my name. Once I get to the change room I am greeted by the friendly cleaning staff. On the floor, I can always expect a hello or “props” from the personal trainers some of which I have never formally met before. I’ve even had a trainer offer a training tip completely unsolicited. The Yoga instructors are phenomenal and have helped me fall in love with a practice that I once detested. While I prefer to work out with my headphones on and keep to myself, I truly enjoy feeling like a valued customer here. The front staff is always warm and welcoming. Anthony who helped sign me up has always been great to me and my family. The activity desk staff is always open to answering any and all questions and the house keeping staff go above and beyond to make sure the clients are satisfied with the cleanliness. They also hold special events for kids such as celebrations for Halloween & Valentine’s Day. This place is truly a gem.

  Superb facilities. Great staff. Very attentive. Got an awesome haircut from Pearl in the spa!

  I’m a bit of a fitness junkie and have worked out at many gyms all over the GTA and this is hands down the best gym complex in the city. It has something for everyone; pools (two indoor and two outdoor), indoor and outdoor soccer fields, basketball courts, yoga, spin and the list goes on. The staff are extremely friendly and overall the gym is pretty clean. Only downside is the price but wait until they have incentives and then join. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for! Location is also very convenient.

  As a visitor to Canada from Australia I needed somewhere to work out. I tried the YMCA last weekend which was good and decided this weekend to try lifetime athletic. Having been a member for 4 years when I lived in the USA I knew lifetime would be top of the range, but also expensive. 40 for a day pass. But decided to go for it. Of course facilities were excellent, shot hoops, did some weights used the steam room. Usual great features like the cafe etc. the surprise here was that the manager Anthony DeVito came over to greet me and offered me a free pass for tomorrow. Things like that really make my day. So thank you lifetime. Still the best gym around no matter what country. Highly recommend.
  Side note: being a member also is amazing, you can’t beat lifetime especially in cold places like Minnesota and Toronto. How else can you survive winter!?
