  Games are fun for the whole family and food is very good in my experience (really good Philly cheese steak and 1/2 price games on Wednesdays). Bar area is great to watch games/events. Only complaint is the bar in the game area. I've always had the same problems trying to order a drink. No one acknowledges that they will serve me and I usually end up going to the main bar near dining area to order my drink.

  There was a variety of brightly-colored, exotic-looking machines, seemingly designed to interact with humans. Humans were also there, which exchanged the ability to 'play' with these machines for currency. After said exchange, I spent a couple of hours interfacing with the machine. I found the experience quite pleasant and would recommend it. There was also an option to exchange currency for beverages. These were also pleasant.

  Great prices for game cards. Food is great for a reasonable price. It does get really busy by 1pm on the weekends so we try to make it for 11. Service is a little slow but at least you keep busy with games. Washrooms are clean. Staff are very friendly.

  Been here quite a few times already the whole bar experience is pleasant and fun while the arcade is very half half.
  Most of the time machines aren't fully working, because of that people end up having to wait to enjoy what they want to play.
  Have had big events here with coworkers and it's a mildly good experience. If I could give 3.5 stars I would.
  I think food has gotten decently better over time, personal take of course.

  The facility itself is amazing, no complaints on the ambience, private rooms, or the overall appearance. Management is amazing, thank you to Steve for handling a situation that was very much in the employees control, he handled things well and did everything needed to be done in order to have me want to come back. The host/server boy we had was outstanding, tipped him well & he apologized for his coworkers actions on my birthday. Will go back next time not for a private room.
