  I have just received my sofa and loveseat and couldn't be happier with the quality. I went to the manufacturer after making an appointment and worked closely with Rosanne. She was very professional and helped me find a fabric that would tie all my existing pieces together and give me the look I was trying to create. I returned to the store I had been working with and ordered it. My room looks amazing - thank you Brentwood and thank you Rosanne!!

  A very pleasant first experience working with Brentwood. We knew which sofa we wanted to proceed with and visited the showroom to look at fabrics in respect to our wallpaper. Rosanne was extremely pleasant and helpful and a great resource for any questions and making recommendations on velvets (some are more susceptible to attracting lint versus others). The COM library of fabrics is also extremely vast with tons of options. A great resource. Quality and craftsmanship of products seem excellent. Beautiful showroom.

  I called about looking at a particular chair at the factory showroom and was told I should make an appointment. They were very accommodating with the appointment. They promptly greeted me and the service was extraordinary with unbiased advice. They made selection of a chair seamless and easy. Not only will I be purchasing some Brentwood chairs but I will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks Roseanne.

  Our 3 year old two cushion Brentwood sofa got an unfortunate stain on one of the cushions that we could not fully remove by hand, damp towels, dabbing, and what ever else we tried to manually do. As it turns out the fabric was not supposed to be dry cleaned. I called Brentwood for advice and Guy suggested that if I did dry clean the cushion covers and if they were damaged by the dry cleaning process that Brentwood would help me by making 2 new cushion covers for a very reasonable price. In the end I decided to apply Shout to the stain and used our clothes washer with cold water on the gentle cycle and hang dried the covers. The covers turned out fine and were perfectly clean. Thanks Guy and Brentwood for your excellent after sale service.
