  I have been a very loyal customer of A-Plus Quality for the last 8 years.
  
  They installed a new air conditioner and a new furnace since that time.
  
  Twice a year I only trust them to come maintain my air conditioner and furnace. The technicians are patient and knowledgeable and answer all my questions.
  
  A-Plus Quality is very reliable, professional and well priced company

  Very happy with new furnace and central air conditioner!
  
  A-Plus Quality Inc saved us! Our old furnace quit on us on one of the coldest days of the winter. They came out quickly & we decided to purchase central air conditioning from them as well as the new furnace. The guys were amazing putting in that furnace. Just getting it down to the tiny old (1920’s) basement was a challenge in itself! They were very polite, very knowledgeable, and cleaned up well after themselves.
  Early in the spring they contacted us as per our request to set up an installation date for the air conditioner. However, we had to delay it because we hadn’t finished putting in the new blocks of cement at the side of the house where the unit would go. We was afraid that when we were finally ready for the installation, they would have to move us to the end of the summer. But we were pleasantly surprised when they were able to come out quite quickly & it was installed before the big heat wave!
  They also made me very happy when one of the guys changed our thermostat to show the temperature in Celsius rather than Fahrenheit. Something I had worked at, but could not seem to do myself. Overall, the price was good, the communication with them was very good, the guys installing were terrific! We would highly recommend this company!!

  I would highly recommend A-Plus Quality for an air conditioner replacement. From my initial inquiry call to the end of the installation, my experience was great. Everyone was friendly yet professional, knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain what the best options were for me and why. Based on the service, very quick turn around tine and attention to detail I would definitely recommend their services to other home owners!
