  I have been ordering from TheFanchize over the years. I’ve attended a few of their Toronto Raptors autograph meet and greet. My experience for my last order was overwhelming. I was told my tickets were mailed to me and unfortunately I didn’t receive them in the mail. It could have been with issues from the strike or someone may have taken them when they were sent out. Whatever the case was, Fuquan was very kind and helpful. Without hesitation he was able to get me another pair of tickets for the same price value and for the same night. They understood how important it was to get the tickets in my hand that the transaction was smooth and well communicated. Thank you for taking care of your loyal customers!

  I bought tickets a couple of times from The Fanchize. Dealt with a couple different representatives with ease. Communication is on point. Getting the tickets as well was very easy. I have and would definitely recommend to others!

  I have been buying from the FANchize since 2012 back when they were known as “RAPTOR FAN”. Honestly i can say that i have never experienced one bad purchase or any problems with purchasing tickets from these guys. Always have given me great seats for great, reasonable prices and for an amazing experience every time. These guys are always my first option for buying tickets for a raptors game! Keep up the good work guys!

  Easy and reliable service to get your tickets. Their prices are great and most important, tickets are safe. With FANchize, I never have to worry if I'm being scammed, unlike other sites and services.

  As with any ticket re-sellers, there is obvious cause for skepticism regarding the legitimacy of the tickets being purchased. In the beginning, I was very hesitant on purchasing the tickets. However, Furqan answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The customer service was amazing and the tickets were legitimate as I received them minutes after I purchased them. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service and I will be purchasing tickets again in the near future!
