  The front desk staff remembers your name, and the coaches are not too pushy. Working out in a group and seeing everyone’s stats on the monitor is a great motivator. The only downside to OTF is they don’t have towel service like GoodLife fitness does. It is fairly pricey even with my corporate discount of approx 17$ a session, but I would say worth it for those who have a hard time motivating themselves to work out. On my third class I've already seen major improvement on my terrible cardio.

  I'm so happy that I join Orangetheory Fitness Richmond Hill (OTF),
  It was my husband's idea to check it out & the rest is history. I've been a member since February 2015. Every work out is different never the same.
  The classes are enjoyable and challenging. What I like the most is that once you sign up for a class you are guaranteed a spot. The staff & trainers are friendly and great, very approachable they know everyone by first name basis. It's so nice to be part of a great place. You guys rock!!!

  I dropped in one day at Elgin Mills OTF just before the holidays looking for a gym I could continue to do workouts since it was getting too cold for outside runs. From the first day I walked in the studio the staff at the front desk were welcoming and very informative. I tried a free trial session class initially to see if I would like it, and it was one of best workouts I've ever done. Christina, the coach for the class was fantastic in explaining the session, the equipment, and encouragement. I joined the following week as an elite member and you can upgrade or downgrade your membership based on what best works with your schedule.

  I came in one day asking for a drop-in just to try Orange Theory and the wonderful team at the Elgin Mills location offered me a week free trial. I came only a couple of times that week and was sold. I just signed up for an unlimited membership and not only am i happy with the workouts and the way the classes are run, but i think the team here does a great job at building personal relationships with members. Shannon who i believe is the manager is very approachable, organized and professional. Emily at the front desk is knowledgable, helpful and supportive. The coaches are also wonderful, coach Matt and Andrea in particular, because not only do they pay attention to details and correct your form during the workouts, they are personal with you and know just when and how to push you when you need it!
