  It's clean and offers a lot of activities for kids to enjoy. Seems to be organized. Haven't spoken to staff except for one occasion where the young lady didn't know how to answer me. I lost my money for the event when it should have been refunded due to rain and lack of attendance by other kids.

  What a lovely location! This community centre is a must see. Many programs happening in there and people even rent the rooms for birthday parties, such a smart idea. For the kids there is a lot of gym equipment there to use and keep all the kids busy during the party. The pool looks great and there are plenty of rooms and lots of space and activities.

  The best community center in York Region. Fantastic views of the lake and excellent facilities. We are blessed to live in the area and use their services. It's always clean and well maintained. My kids go swimming there too. I like the little library where you can read books or do some work while waiting for your kids to finish their activities.

  The preschool swimming instructors are very good. My child loves the swimming class, the instructors are nice, professional, and use various ways to engage the children in learning swimming. I want to say thank you to their hard work here! Highly recommend the swimming classes! I give them 5 stars!

  Love this community centre and the beautiful surroundings of Lake Wilcox. We attend regular swim classes here and happy that the swim supervisor Carmen is accommodating when it comes to our kids needs, and so very happy with swim instructor Elizabeth. Booking swim classes in Richmond Hill area is very competitive with the limited spots available, but when you are booked, our kids enjoy the lessons. Changing rooms are private and spacious. Minus 1 star only for the smell in the family change room that is not always pleasant. Had a birthday here in the past and our guests are blown away by the scenic view and also the clean and well kept facility.
