  Very helpful and knowledgable guide. The store got moved to online and when I called, the owner immediately drove to meet and spent an hour discussing my options. Very knowledgable and excellent service.

The service is impeccable and you will receive help/advice on your product forever! — and if it takes a 2-hr conversation to answer your 1,000 questions, then that’s what you’ll get! You will be recommended exactly what YOU are looking for — no pressure to sell or drop more money than you intend. Everything done here is timely, inspiring, and pleasing. The two or three one-star comments regarding high prices and long wait times for delivery are ridiculous.

  I needed a dew prevention item that I couldn't afford, but I had a bunch of gift internet cards I thought I'd try. No other retailer was willing to go to the hassle, but Bruce spent hours (literally) helping me get a piece of equipment that could not have netted him any significant profit. I called him while he was picking up his wife, late in the evening, you name it. Never have I encountered an individual more willing to bend over backwards to satisfy a customer. I'd give NEOS 10 stars if there were the option.

  Had a pleasure talking to Bruce over the phone. I had a million questions and he had a million and one answers. We've talked for over 30 minutes and I gain invaluable information. Bruce, thank you so much.

  Super helpful. I have always wanted a telescope but never knew where to begin and there is so much information online that it is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I stopped in one day and spoke with Bruce who is very knowledgeable. He gave me a few options to consider and the pros and cons of each giving me a place to start researching. They were able to order exactly the telescope I wanted. When it arrived Bruce told me not to hesitate to call if I had any questions. I did have a question and when I asked I was not made to feel stupid and reassured that everyone has questions when starting out. I am looking forward to attending one of their observing sessions.
  
  Their prices are competitive. One of the options I was looking at was on Amazon. Amazon was only slightly less expensive when factoring in shipping. The little extra money is well worth all the advice and having someone to ask questions.
