  When we first planned to sell our house the first name came in our mind was Lillit as we had heard her name through friends and was well-known real estate agent in our area. After the first meeting with her to get some ideas, we were very impressed with her presentation skill, marketing plan and we made up our minds that she was the agent for us. We were also nervous regarding the duration of the sale at first but our home was sold in less than a weeks time with a price far beyond our expectations.
  
  After working with Lilit and Sam, we were really impressed with their professionalism, communication, marketing strategy and staging ideas. Her service was excellent and she put her all effort into selling our house. We would strongly recommend Lilit and Sam to sell your house, you will not regret it.

  I chose Lilit to represent us to buy a property for my parents because of her extensive knowledge in residential homes, especially in Patterson area. We have been to a lot of open houses where Lilit was the seller agent. I was impressed by her dedication that one time we saw her cleaning and decorating the property early in the morning. All the properties we visited looks modern and welcoming.
  
  It was during Christmas when we put down our offer and she was on vacation. I was worried that the process will drag along and may not get responses quickly from her. However it turned out that my concern was not necessary. She still replied fast and sent me corresponding documents to sign even though she was on vacation with her family. There was a few issues from the home inspection. Lilit and Sam (Lilit's husband) helped us deal with the seller and resolved all the issue before the closing date. What touched me even more is that my mom likes the red ribbon on the door and Sam kept it there for her and detached the tape delicately without leaving a mark. The whole buying process was very smooth and done professionally.
  
  The service provided by Lilit and Sam exceeded our expectation and they did much more to make us happy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends or have her represent us in the future if we were to sell a place.

  It’s such good luck to work with Lilit and Sam. The first time we met Lilit, we knew she was the right representative we should hire to sell our house. She provided all the detailed strategies of selling a house in cooling down market, plus the service fee was clear and reasonable. This made us felt comfortable as we had an idea how long it would take to sell our house. Regarding the service fee, we felt something was hidden from us when we talked to other agents.
  
  Lilit gave us an idea of simple staging & lent us furniture which greatly sped up the readiness of our open house. Sam took quick action to finish photographing so the open house flyer & pictures were ready in two days. Timing & pricing was very important. We received offers the week after open house. With Lilit’s efforts, the buyers increased the initial offering prices and the Purchase & Sell Agreement was signed with a pretty satisfied price.
  
  Thanks for Lilit & Sam’s professional services & great efforts put it. We loved to work with them as a team. Definitely we will recommend Lilit’s team to our friends who are trying to sell a house.

  When we were planning to sell our house, we have seen many houses with ‘For sale’ and ‘Open House’ signs. Since they were selling so many houses in our neighbourhood, we decided that they would have a good idea on how we should sell our house.
  
  Our biggest fear was that we would have to make big changes in our house, and would end up being costly and takes a long time. However, Lilit and Sam gave us tips on painting, arrangement of the furniture, and design of our house, which was less expensive than we thought it would be. Thanks to Lilit and Sam, we sold our house in 2 weeks for a great price.

  Reputation is 100% warranted. Years ago, a friend asked me what I was looking for in a realtor. I didn't know how to answer because it was during my first home purchase. Looking back now, I would reply:
  
  If I'm selling: "A marketing savvy realtor". To sell your house for the most money and the quickest turnaround.
  
  If I'm purchasing: "A strong negotiator with a keen sense to attention to detail". Negotiating the best purchase price for the property while protecting your interests by analyzing the smallest of details.
  
  I absolutely believe that Lilit encompasses these characteristics and much more. The level of professionalism, experience and knowledge you get from Lilit as your realtor is in my opinion the best in the business. I could not be happier with the results from my experience with Lilit and I would be hard pressed to ever use anyone else.
