I am very grateful for Dr. Franklin's help. I'd also like to thank the nice lady at the reception desk who helped me. Definitely recommended.

The doctors there really care about every aspect of your experience and it’s a rare thing to be that well-listened to and cared about. My experiences there have been nothing but the best. The clinic is very well-ran; wait times have been very reasonable/short and the girls at the front are very kind. I’ve recommended it to everyone who asks for a good walk-in clinic because nothing compares to this one - a gem at the heart of Thornhill.
