(February 4, 2019, 8:36 pm)I dealt with Max Brakes twice, once for my 2016 Mazda 6 GT and another for my 2014 BMW X3, In both times their customer service was top notch, They are very respectful and professional.
The brakes have been amazing, I had no issues whatsoever, Not sure about their life span cause i only had them for few months but i got no squeaks, no rattles and the stopping power is better than stock and consistent.
I really recommend working with them, Great products at great prices too. -

Ray, from customer service and there retail sales was very helpful and helped me place my order and has exceeded my expectation in every way. I recommend everyone for there brakes and rotors, as Max brakes have made it very easy for everyone. Thank you again.

(January 9, 2019, 3:55 pm)Initial brakes were just bad but after talking with Joseph and the Mechanic. The problem was taken care of. Will see for few months as to how the new brakes hold up to......back again after two months I feel the brakes pulsating at high speed on Highway. Is this normal? I don't think so. Original brakes pulsated after 2 years of wear. So what is it brake pad rotor or both could not stand up to 6 month warranty? Just frustrated with time and money here
Back again for review..After the fourth months the brake started squeaking again and makes noise when brakes are applied on Highway. I am not a heavy slammer on brakes yet make noise. Not happy with it seriously. -
