Receptionist and technicians are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Facility is clean and hygienic , and above all parking is free.
I’m pragent with my 3rd child. But my family doctor is a resident who doesn’t have my experience, although she was kind and patient and speaks my native language but I had to repeat my blood test and urine tests because of her judgment .. also she send a few forms to this ultrasound place and told me that they would call me for appointments. I guess if I didn’t show up today I would miss the dating test and delay the rest of my ultrasound tests. (I came for an volunteered ultrasound after I went to see another doctor and ordered ultrasound test as I had some blood discharge the a few times recently. ) and when I talked to the girl( I forgot to ask her name, as I was too focused on my own issues. I was confused), she is a very attractive black or Indian girl, she was so patient to explain all the tests I need from the 4 pages. She helped me book a regular ultrasound test at Stouffville location.. while I came back and forth with her about the dating test and IPS test and checking the other ultrasound places for later tests,she found me a technician to explain. Her name is Maryanne if I remembered it correctly. She made a quick decision to let me come in to do the dating test right away. And it turned out baby’s doing fine and I’m 11weeks 2 days today, vs 9weeks 5 days said by my family doctor. Anyways, it all worked out today and I don’t need to worry about if there’s any harm to the baby.
Great clinic! Staff are friendly and professional. Reports are sent promptly by the next day. Would recommend this ultrasound/x-ray clinic to everyone!
