  My friend recommended me this place to work on my flexibility. I've been working out for a while now at gyms doing the regular stuff; bench, squats, curls, so I came here mainly to improve my flexibility.
  
  I have poor hip flexibility and some pelvic tilt, and the sessions have helped me loosen up so much. I used to get lower back pain from sitting too long, but the stretching guidance gave me a 180 in my quality of life.
  
  Highly recommended even if you've already been working out for a while.

  Superb training experience here at Lux Fit! Regardless if you are beginner or advanced, this is a great place to bump up your training to the next level. The clean facility and high quality equipment certainly makes me feel like I am working in a top notch environment. Very knowledgeable and passionate staff. They LOVE what they do and that makes me want to train harder!

  Lux Fit is an amazing facility very clean and has everything you need for a great workout.
  Claudia is great, very educated and motivational. Whether you need a place to loose a couple pounds, build some muscle, work muscles you didn't know you had (lol) or completely change your life this is the place!
  I was at a place in my life where I needed and wanted a big change but didn't know how to climb out of the rut. Claudia was the answer, after only 2 one on one personalized sessions she gave me the desire and held me accountable for my own success.
  I have been going regularly since October and have been blown away with the results that I know I couldn't have achieved on my own.
  My sister goes now too and I would highly recommend Lux to anyone.

  Absolutely loved the experience here with Claudia, she is a phenomenal trainer with incredible knowledge and expertise on not only exercise and leading a healthy lifestyle, but she has a fantastic personality that most trainers lack.
  
  She provides a fantastic experience while motivating and pushing me through every workout. I feel like my life is changing for the better and I would only trust Claudia with my health and fitness!

  Claudia is a phenomenal fitness expert. She can accurately evaluate the current fitness levels of her clients and set realistically attainable goals. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking to get fit the "right" way to try out Claudia's studio. You will not regret it!
