  La Différence Time Centre has extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. Their new store is large, bright and has a wonderful selection of Rolex watches. My experience purchasing my first timepiece from La Différence was fantastic. Flora is extremely knowledgeable, patient and quick to respond to any questions I may have. Flora made sure that all my needs were met and ensured I was completely comfortable with my decision before proceeding. Some of the best costumer service I have experienced.

  World class service! My preferred Rolex dealer. Have purchased multiple pieces from them and every time the experience is on point. No pressure sales tactics, and the staff (at least the ones I’ve dealt with) are actually knowledgeable about their products.
  
  I’ve been to most the Rolex dealers in the GTA and have been shocked at the ignorance of some—not even knowing their own product line.???? Not the situation at La Difference.
  
  Bora was so professional/knowledgeable about their products from the first time I dealt with him, that the service bar has been set very high.
  
  The new showroom in Markham is well laid out, and as a bonus La Difference is also an AD for Tudor. As such, they have a full/separate showroom for Tudor.
  
  If you’re looking for attention to detail, quality service, updated showroom & knowledgeable representatives, this is the place to shop for your next Rolex or Tudor.

  Only purchase from this AD for my Rolex watches, great people and customer service. Love the new location at Markham city centre, a must visit spot.

  My wife and I bought watches at La Difference recently. We both were very happy to have been served by Flora. She was a professional, experienced, friendly SA. She was very helpful in choosing the watches for us. She knew very quickly what style and size were suitable for my wife and I.
  
  Also, my wife brought her mom’s watch for servicing. Upon receiving the watch after servicing, we were amazed that the watch looked like it was brand new. We were very satisfied with the servicing.
  
  Overall, it was a great and happy experience with Flora! I would definitely recommend Flora and this Rolex boutique to others.

  Amazing service. Grace helped make my Rolex purchase a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help find the exact piece I was looking for. Other Rolex dealers I've dealt with in the past did not care to help much if the watch was not in their display case. She was also very helpful in getting an older piece serviced. I will definitely return to La Difference for all my future Rolex purchases and servicing. Highly recommended if you're in the market for one!
