  I got my IDC Power Harness for Atlas yesterday, and I absolutely LOVE it! So much easier to walk him now.
  
  I'm going to order a mini orange one for my beagle next. She's elderly and the vet said no more collars because of her neck. I have tried so many harnesses with her and none of them fit properly, so she hates them. The way this new harness fits Atlas, I feel confident a mini harness will fit Penny nicely!

  I bought a power harness (43.90) at Canadian Pet Expo on March 30th and absolutely love it. I also ordered Therapy Dog Patches (10.00 show special). Since my dog is still in training, that night I ordered a pair of small custom made “Therapy Dog In Training” patches (15.99 plus tax, total 18.07). The website states that the custom made patches will be shipped within two weeks, and the order comes formation advises that they will notify you when shipped. On April 16th, I emailed as there had been no status change to my order. I was informed that my order was being completed, and would be shipped out by end of day (April 16th), likely arriving by Wednesday (April 18th) as they were only being shipped from Markham to Oshawa (about an hour and a half distance). It is now April 24th, and I still have not received these patches. There has been no change to the status of my order. I sent an email first thing yesterday (Monday) morning, and thus far have not received a response. I love the products from this company, as does my dog that has the harness. However, my experience with ordering and with customer service has not been a positive one. It is such a shame considering all the other glowing reviews that I have read. I am not one to leave bad reviews. I had to make a google account just to leave this. I have been giving rave reviews and showing off the harness on my dogs Instagram which has hundreds of followers telling everyone how great it is. Thus far, I haven’t said anything about the poor service on there. But if asked, I will have to be honest and let people know that while the products are awesome, the hassle of ordering from you may not be worth it.
  ***Edit*** within 10 minutes of posting this I finally received a response letting me know that they are sending a new set of labels and refunding my payment. While this is greatly appreciated, it is sad that it took this for it to happen. I will absolutely purchase from this company again because I love the quality.

  I gave this Julius Canadian distributor five stars, his name Philip and he had taken 10 yrs off my age from the service that he is providing for my service dog, Nefertiti. His vests are considerably priced with the other accessible for service dog gears Sending a big old kiss with some hookers lips from the jungle for his work and service to people like me

  I purchased a Power Harness and seat belt harness from Julius K-9. These are by far the best harnesses I have ever had. The power harness is easy to put on, sturdy, and looks great on my boxer Murphy. The staff went out of their way to help me design the labels as well. Excellent customer service and products! Highly recommend.
